Uzbek–Korean BPO Forum to be held in Tashkent within ICT Week

On September 25, 2025, Tashkent will host the Uzbek–Korean BPO Forum during ICT Week. This event will gather over 130 participants and act as a significant platform for showcasing Korean enterprises, exchanging knowledge, and enhancing partnerships between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea.

The Uzbek–Korean BPO Forum is a distinctive initiative organized in partnership with KOICA, Gyeongbuk Technopark, KTPA, and IT Park Uzbekistan. The agenda will include presentations from Korean companies, discussions on best practices, and the exploration of new avenues for long-term collaboration in outsourcing and digital services.

For Uzbekistan, the forum is a crucial advancement in promoting its national industry within the South Korean market. It will serve as a venue to emphasize Uzbekistan’s human resources, infrastructural capabilities, and successful case studies, while also aiding in the establishment of new cooperation agreements. Among the primary goals of the forum are the creation of new B2B contracts and the reinforcement of Uzbekistan’s status as a dependable outsourcing partner.
