President of Uzbekistan honors IT entrepreneurs

On August 18, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, enacted a decree titled “On awarding a group of representatives of the sector in connection with Entrepreneurs’ Day.” This decree honors several entrepreneurs, scholars, and business leaders for their significant contributions to the economic and social advancement of the country. Among those recognized are members of IT Park, including founders and executives of companies that are developing innovative solutions, implementing advanced technologies, and enhancing Uzbekistan’s digital ecosystem and export capabilities.

Additionally, through a separate Presidential Order titled “On awarding the badge of honor ‘Active Entrepreneur’,” several IT Park members were acknowledged for their accomplishments in fostering sustainable economic growth, boosting the Republic's production and export potential, advocating for the adoption of advanced innovative, green, and digital technologies, attracting investments, generating job opportunities, and enhancing the well-being of the populace.
