Potential of Jizzakh’s BPO sector is growing
During his trip to the Jizzakh region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov evaluated the operations of one of the region's most dynamic remote service centers — BLMEDIA BPO.
The company has experienced remarkable growth in a brief timeframe: starting its operations in 2023 with just 12 employees, it has now expanded to over 70 skilled operators, developers, and technical experts.
At present, BLMEDIA is exporting remote services internationally, positioning itself as a key player in boosting Uzbekistan's competitiveness within the global BPO market. The company provides clients with technical support, contact center services, content moderation, and a variety of other remote services, continually enhancing its export capabilities.
Additionally, it was highlighted during the meeting that the center's regional branches are also progressing actively. Notably, the establishment of offices in the Pakhtakor, Mirzachul, and Dustlik districts is crucial for promoting employment, involving youth in contemporary professions, and addressing the regional demand for BPO services.
The leadership of the company shared its strategic plans for 2026. These plans include the creation of an additional 50 positions over the next two years, further improvements in service quality, and an increase in export volumes. These initiatives are anticipated to significantly impact the development and establishment of the BPO ecosystem in the Jizzakh region.
