Pakistani company Programmers Force considers expansion into Uzbekistan

Representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan, headed by Services Export Development Director Makhliyo Muksinova, convened with Khurram Akhtar, CEO and Co-Founder of Programmers Force. The discussions centered on Uzbekistan's potential in the information technology sector, the prospects of establishing a company office in the nation, and plans for recruiting local talent.

Programmers Force is a technology firm established in Lahore, Pakistan. The company employs around 800 professionals and boasts an estimated revenue of $120 million. Operating in five countries, it offers services in IT consulting, AI-driven application development, fintech solutions, big data, enterprise applications, mobile development, and API integration. Its primary strengths lie in developing secure and scalable systems for financial services, e-commerce, telecommunications, and digital platforms.

During the discussions, Programmers Force representatives expressed their enthusiasm for the opportunities in Uzbekistan and highlighted the benefits of the Zero Risk program available to IT Park members. The company is currently evaluating Fergana and Samarkand as potential sites for its office.

Programmers Force confirmed its plans to set up an office in Uzbekistan and, in the initial phase, to recruit 100 specialists fluent in English and Japanese for technical support and online sales. If the results are favorable, the company also intends to hire Uzbek IT professionals for more advanced technological positions.

Partnering with Programmers Force will enable IT Park Uzbekistan to draw in new investments, enhance international collaboration, and generate additional job opportunities, thereby reinforcing Uzbekistan's status as a regional hub for IT services and digital innovation.
