Outcomes of the adaptation program for regional office employees

IT Park Uzbekistan implemented an extensive adaptation program for new employees across its regional branches. The objective of this initiative was to enhance local human capital and ensure a consistent professional standard throughout all divisions of the technopark.

From December 9 to 12, participants engaged in an intensive training course aimed at delivering a thorough understanding of the IT Park ecosystem. The program consisted of 17 thematic sessions that addressed the key strategic priorities for 2025: attracting new member companies, supporting IT service exports, collaborating with startups, automating processes, and advancing international projects.

Key modules included:

IT Park Uzbekistan placed significant importance on fostering a supportive and comfortable atmosphere for new employees. Beyond the educational sessions, the program incorporated informal activities—such as group lunches, teambuilding events, and a collective meeting. These activities facilitated quicker adaptation, provided a sense of support, and enhanced understanding of each team member's role.

The completed program enabled the alignment of the head office’s operations with those of the regional branches, established a common understanding of tasks and methodologies, and developed a cohesive working dynamic that is crucial for achieving the technopark’s long-term objectives.
