kpi.com and xpence.com signed an agreement to advance fintech and ERP ecosystems in the Gulf region and Uzbekistan
As part of ICT Week Uzbekistan 2025, members of IT Park Uzbekistan — the international SaaS and AI platform provider kpi.com and the leading fintech company in the Gulf region, xpence.com — have entered into a strategic partnership agreement.
The objective of this collaboration is to enable the integration of xpence.com’s fintech solutions into kpi.com’s ERP ecosystem, along with the joint development of tools for managing corporate expenses and financial flows. These solutions are set to be incorporated into the business operations of companies in Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other nations in the region.
Under the terms of the agreement, both organizations also intend to work together on compliance and regulatory alignment, which includes matters related to taxation and fintech product standards in the Gulf region. Special emphasis will be placed on creating joint go-to-market strategies, sharing knowledge in innovation, customer behavior analytics, and financial technology.
Additionally, the partnership will focus on supporting women entrepreneurs, especially in the textile sector. The companies plan to initiate specialized programs — such as issuing corporate cards for women leaders, offering grant opportunities, and introducing digital tools designed to promote the growth and sustainability of women-led businesses.
The agreement was formalized at xpence.com’s office in Uzbekistan, marking the beginning of a collaborative effort to enhance access to advanced financial technologies for small and medium-sized enterprises in key emerging markets. Once the necessary legal and regulatory procedures are completed, a final agreement will be established.
Muzaffar Karabaev, CEO of kpi.com, highlighted that this partnership opens up new opportunities for the digital transformation of businesses:
“This marks an initial step toward a long-term and large-scale partnership. By combining xpence.com’s financial innovations with our capabilities in ERP and artificial intelligence, we aim to provide businesses across the GCC and MENA regions with access to fully integrated digital solutions. We are particularly pleased that this collaboration will also contribute to empowering women entrepreneurs, for whom access to financing can serve as a catalyst for growth.”
In response, Zain Ansari, Chief Commercial Officer of xpence.
com emphasized the significance of the collaboration for the fintech ecosystem in the area:
“We are thrilled to initiate our partnership with kpicom. Together, we can expedite the implementation of fintech solutions throughout the region, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering real value to our clients. Promoting women leaders, especially in the textile industry, will be a key aspect of our collective effort towards the sustainable advancement of entrepreneurship.”
The formalization of the agreement between kpi.com and xpence.com marks a crucial milestone in creating a cohesive ecosystem that integrates ERP and fintech solutions. This partnership aims to broaden regional markets, foster innovation, and bolster women’s entrepreneurship, thereby enhancing Uzbekistan’s position as a prominent technological and business center in the region.
