IT company founded by a foreign specialist in Jizzakh now expanding into the regional market

In recent years, the advantageous conditions established by IT Park — which include tax benefits for member firms and opportunities offered through the Zero Risk Program — have facilitated the relocation of foreign specialists to Uzbekistan, particularly in the Jizzakh region, where they have been able to start their own businesses. Capitalizing on these opportunities, TEXNO FORT, founded by a foreign expert who relocated to Jizzakh, is currently making significant strides in the regional market.

During his visit to the Jizzakh region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov reviewed the operations of the company, which specializes in IT outsourcing and software implementation. In a brief period, TEXNO FORT has established international partnerships and emerged as one of the fastest-growing IT firms in the area.

The company is presently executing projects in collaboration with the U.S.-based firm Creatio to implement corporate IT solutions for logistics networks. As part of this partnership, TEXNO FORT has commenced the export of software services to the Kazakh market, which has been recognized as a significant milestone for Uzbekistan’s IT industry. It was highlighted that services developed by local experts are receiving regional acclaim, and the scope of exports continues to broaden.

During the meeting, the management of the company outlined plans to expand exports to Central Asian nations by 2026. New projects are anticipated in the fields of logistics, customer service, and business process automation. These initiatives are expected to further enhance digitalization throughout the region.

The Minister commended TEXNO FORT's export-focused model and the accomplishments achieved in a short timeframe. He remarked that the strong demand for corporate IT solutions in the region underscores the necessity of supporting local companies in navigating international markets, as well as enhancing service quality and developing innovative products.
