In Namangan, the Algoritm Center is cultivating the next generation of specialists in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity

During his working visit to the Namangan Region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov toured the Algoritm educational center, a member of IT Park, to observe the organization of its training process.

The center employs 23 mentors who annually instruct over 1,200 young individuals in advanced disciplines such as web programming, graphic design, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

To date, more than 300 graduates from the center have found employment. The training process features interactive courses, master classes, mentorship programs, and innovative methodologies that align with international best practices. This strategy ensures the development of specialists who are competitive in both local and global job markets.

During the visit, the Minister engaged in a comprehensive discussion with students about their interests and future aspirations. He highlighted that artificial intelligence and cybersecurity hold strategic importance not only for Uzbekistan but also for the global economy.

Following the visit, directives were issued to the appropriate authorities to enhance support for such educational centers, promote the professional growth of young people, and foster their initiatives.
