A provider staffs a team for your project or permanently. You choose the people, the provider employs them. You sign the contract directly with the provider.

Your own company with IT Park residency: 0% corporate tax until 2040, registration in three working days through the one-stop shop, 100% foreign ownership. Outside Tashkent, the IT Park Zero Risk programme supports you with a free office, equipment and grants towards staff and training.

What to know in advance
- Time difference
- Tashkent is 3 hours ahead of Berlin in summer, 4 in winter. The morning overlaps completely.
- Working language
- English in IT teams, alongside Russian and Uzbek. Specialists with German exist; how many depends on provider and role - we clarify this in the first call.
- Taxes for residents
- 0% corporate, social, property and land tax, no VAT on imported services, 7.5% personal income tax, 5% on dividends. Until 2040.
- Foreign staff
- No work permit required, salaries and dividends may be paid in foreign currency.
- Data
- There is no EU adequacy decision for Uzbekistan. Where personal data is processed - including by remote access to systems inside the EU - a basis under the GDPR is needed, such as standard contractual clauses. Best clarified in advance with your data protection officer.
