The case for Uzbekistan - and what you need to know about it.
The tax framework, the labour market, salary levels, the route to residency and the infrastructure - with a calculation you fill with your own assumptions. Questions are answered by the Berlin office, not by a form.

Cost comparison
Employing in-house against a team in Uzbekistan - with the assumptions in the open.
Gross salaries plus the employer share. Excludes workplace, recruiting and administration - those arise on both sides, only at different levels.
What the vendor invoices. The rate already covers their salaries, contributions and overhead.
A note on the tax exemption: the 0% until 2040 applies to the Uzbek resident company, not to you. You pay an invoice as you would any other supplier. The benefit sits in the rate a resident can quote - not in your own tax bill.
A rough calculation on your own assumptions, not a quote. Binding rates come from the vendor once the role is described; we collect two or three offers.
What happens next
Describe the role or the plan and we will suggest two or three vetted providers. If Uzbekistan is not right for your case, we will say so in the first sentence - that saves us both time.
