Established in 1985, Trenkwalder Group ranks among Europe's foremost providers of HR services and business process outsourcing (BPO). The firm operates across 16 European nations, maintains around 200 offices, employs over 20,000 individuals, and achieves more than €700 million in annual revenue. Trenkwalder is a market leader in the HR services sectors of Austria and Hungary and is affiliated with the international investment group Droege Group.

During the meeting, representatives from Trenkwalder Group indicated their interest in Uzbekistan as a viable site for outsourcing and back-office service centers aimed at international clients. As an initial measure, the company is assessing the feasibility of establishing a team of 100 specialists, with the potential for further business growth.

In response, the IT Park Uzbekistan team highlighted the country's benefits for developing export-oriented service centers, which include a skilled workforce, supportive government initiatives, and favorable conditions for international enterprises. The discussions particularly focused on organizing operational functions, scaling the BPO business, and outlining a roadmap for the company's entry into the Uzbek market.

The prospective launch of Trenkwalder Group's operations would represent a significant advancement in attracting major global players in the business services sector to Uzbekistan. The execution of this project is expected to generate new high-skilled employment opportunities, enhance BPO service exports, and reinforce the nation's collaboration with prominent European firms in HR and outsourcing.
