Emapta betrachtet Usbekistan als neuen Standort für die Entwicklung globaler Outsourcing-Operationen
In recent years, Emapta has been actively broadening its geographic footprint, extending beyond the Philippines to establish new operational sites in Latin America and Europe. The company is now exploring Uzbekistan as a potential site for further expanding its global network of service centers, assessing the country's talent pool, the competitiveness of its business environment, and the feasibility of assembling a team to cater to international clients.
Established in 2010, Emapta ranks among the largest international firms in outsourcing, Employer of Record (EOR), and distributed team management. The company serves over 1,000 clients across more than 30 countries, offering services in software development, technical support, finance, accounting, customer service, HR, marketing, healthcare, and legal support. Currently, Emapta employs over 10,000 specialists and continues to grow its international network of service delivery centers.
During the meeting, representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan highlighted the advantages of the country for hosting outsourcing operations, including its skilled workforce, competitive business costs, government support initiatives, and tax incentives for international companies. They also discussed the potential for establishing an Emapta service center in Uzbekistan, pilot launch models, collaboration with universities, and joint training programs for specialists.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further develop a cooperation roadmap, which encompasses organizing subsequent working meetings, identifying potential sites for launching operations, and deliberating on the possible signing of a memorandum of cooperation. Emapta's potential entry into the market would represent another significant step in enhancing Uzbekistan's status as one of the region's most promising hubs for global business services and outsourcing.
