Established in 2010, Staff Arabia is a top provider of HR Outsourcing and Staffing services within the MENA region. The company caters to over 150 corporate clients and operates across Egypt, the Gulf countries, North Africa, and the Levant, while also pursuing projects in Africa, the Balkans, and Central Asia.

During the meeting, the involved parties explored the possibility of leveraging Staff Arabia's expertise to assist IT Park Uzbekistan's resident companies as they penetrate the markets of Egypt and other MENA nations. Emphasis was placed on talent acquisition, payroll services, HR administration, and the structuring of back-office operations.

Moreover, the parties formalized their commitment by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which establishes their intention to cultivate a long-term partnership. This document delineates their collaboration on developing HR services, facilitating the international mobility of specialists, and aiding tech companies in entering foreign markets. They also examined opportunities for enhancing Staff Arabia's footprint in Central Asia and recognized Uzbekistan's potential as a regional center for HR and global business services development.

After the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their eagerness to further advance the partnership and agreed to persist in their collaborative efforts aimed at supporting the international growth of IT Park Uzbekistan residents and enhancing cooperation in HR outsourcing and global business services.
