The revocation was based on the failure to submit the annual audit report and audit opinion for 2025 by the specified deadline.

Membership at IT Park grants companies access to tax benefits, government support initiatives, and opportunities to penetrate international markets. In exchange, members are required to adhere to the terms of the agreement, submit reports punctually, and operate in alignment with their approved business plan.

Ongoing monitoring is conducted, which includes checking the timeliness of reporting, ensuring mandatory payments are made, verifying that actual activities align with the declared business plan, and confirming compliance with other membership program stipulations.

As of the start of 2026, a total of 768 companies have had their IT Park Uzbekistan membership revoked. This includes 152 companies that were removed in July, while the membership of an additional 616 companies had been revoked earlier. The primary reasons for these revocations included late mandatory payments, inactivity under the membership for over six months, missed quarterly reporting deadlines, inconsistencies between actual activities and the approved business plan, and the bankruptcy of one company.

After membership revocation, the information of these companies is sent to the tax and customs authorities. Consequently, the companies forfeit their entitlement to the tax and customs benefits legally granted to IT Park members.

IT Park Uzbekistan emphasizes the necessity for its members to fulfill their obligations punctually, meet reporting deadlines, and ensure their operations are in compliance with the membership conditions.
