VOXYS Explores Opportunities to Expand Operations Globally
The prospective expansion of VOXYS into Uzbekistan would signify another advancement in the nation’s evolution as a regional center for BPO and ITO service exports. Bolstered by a youthful talent pool, competitive operational costs, and government incentives for export-focused enterprises, Uzbekistan remains an attractive destination for international companies aiming to set up service delivery centers for global markets.
VOXYS stands as one of the largest firms in the CIS specializing in Customer Experience and Business Process Outsourcing. The company employs over 8,000 professionals and offers a wide array of services, including customer and technical support, back-office operations, telemarketing, sales, and omnichannel contact center solutions. Furthermore, VOXYS is committed to integrating artificial intelligence, automation, voice and chatbots, speech analytics, and other digital technologies to improve customer experience management.
During the meeting, the involved parties deliberated on the potential establishment of the company’s operational presence in Uzbekistan and examined the country’s prospects as a regional delivery hub catering to clients throughout Central Asia, the CIS, the Middle East, and other global markets.
Significant emphasis was placed on Uzbekistan’s competitive benefits for international BPO firms. Representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan underscored the nation’s young and multilingual workforce, its well-established digital and office infrastructure nationwide, along with the considerable potential of various regions, which provide even more advantageous conditions for the implementation and scaling of export-oriented initiatives.
The parties also evaluated the benefits associated with obtaining IT Park Uzbekistan residency, such as tax and operational incentives, investor support mechanisms, and resources aimed at facilitating the launch of export-oriented enterprises. Additionally, they discussed opportunities for pilot projects and potential collaboration with local partners.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain ongoing discussions, investigate possible cooperation formats, and outline the next steps toward the potential localization of VOXYS's operations in Uzbekistan.
