
IT Park Uzbekistan Holds Workshop on Entering the Tajik Market for IT Companies
During the event, specialists outlined a detailed approach for entering the Tajik market. The workshop's practical segment included presentations from entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the Tajik market. Nikolai Serkutan, the founder of Launch Lab, discussed a systematic method for entering new markets and leveraging AI tools to validate business hypotheses. Abror Kholov, founder of WYZO and with over nine years of experience in Tajikistan and Central Eurasia, introduced a partnership model for market entry, addressing legal specifics and significant risks. Mahmudjon Akhmedov, founder of ShamCRM, shared insights from his journey of building his company in Tajikistan, detailing the transition from concept to acquiring initial clients, along with the mistakes encountered and lessons learned throughout the scaling process.
Additionally, representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan highlighted ongoing support programs designed to foster startup development, aid the international expansion of IT companies, and assist in their scaling within foreign markets, as well as the business support tools available for entering new markets.
The event wrapped up with an open Q&A session, allowing participants to discuss their companies' challenges with the experts and gain practical advice based on real-world experiences in the region.
