The growth of local and international businesses in Uzbekistan, including members of IT Park Uzbekistan, is generating new employment opportunities not only in the capital but also throughout the country’s regions. These opportunities are available to both experienced professionals and students and graduates who are entering the job market.

To support structured engagement between employers and job seekers, IT Park Uzbekistan is creating a centralized candidate database that considers professional experience, specialization, language proficiency, and preferred work arrangements.

Resumes submitted to the database can be shared with major international and local companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan members, when relevant job openings arise and there is a need for specific specialists. This enables employers to identify suitable candidates while providing job seekers with an additional avenue to showcase their professional profiles to potential employers.

The initiative is active in all regions of Uzbekistan and is tailored for both experienced professionals and students and recent graduates starting their careers.

Employer demand spans beyond traditional IT roles. In addition to developers, QA engineers, data specialists, and designers, companies are seeking professionals in marketing, sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and administrative management. There is also increasing demand for specialists in BPO and call center operations.

Professionals with foreign language skills are also in high demand. For companies engaged with international markets and overseas clients, candidates fluent in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean are particularly valuable.

Based on the specific needs of an employer, candidates may be eligible for on-site, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. This expands opportunities for professionals in the regions and broadens the talent pool beyond Tashkent.

One of the tools used to build the candidate database is the Talent Park project. Through a dedicated bot, job seekers can upload their resumes and provide essential details about their experience, skills, and professional background. When relevant job openings become available, their profiles may be shared for consideration with major local and international companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan members.

Up-to-date information on career opportunities and open vacancies is also shared through the project’s Telegram channel.

Registration in the database does not guarantee automatic employment or a job offer. However, it gives professionals an additional opportunity to showcase their profiles to companies within the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem and to be considered in future recruitment processes.

In this way, the project supports broader access to opportunities in Uzbekistan’s expanding IT, BPO, and service sectors, while helping companies identify the specialists they need more efficiently.

The development of such tools also enables a more comprehensive understanding of the talent potential across different regions and the employment interests of professionals.

Candidates can submit their resumes through @talent_park_bot and track current opportunities via the Telegram channel @talentparkuz.
