The program was designed based on findings from an initial survey conducted among regional teams. The most sought-after areas included developing an ideal customer profile and positioning regions against competing nations, both emphasized by 77% of respondents. Additionally, 69% pinpointed objection handling and deal-closing techniques as essential priorities. These practical areas constituted the main focus of the training.

Russ Yapparov introduced attendees to practical tools for market analysis, identifying potential customers, establishing a sustainable sales pipeline, managing objections, and closing deals. Special emphasis was placed on effectively showcasing the competitive advantages of each region, including its talent pool, infrastructure, and business opportunities.

The training incorporated interactive exercises, teamwork, practical case studies, and simulations of real-world business scenarios. This format allowed participants to apply the knowledge gained, share experiences, and develop new strategies for engaging with potential partners.

A significant focus was placed on cultivating a results-driven approach to regional promotion, enhancing collaboration between regional branches, and positioning Uzbekistan’s regions as attractive destinations for IT companies, outsourcing firms, and investors.

A major outcome of the training was the establishment of individual performance targets for each participating region. Representatives from the regional branches defined specific KPIs for the number of foreign companies they intend to attract to their respective regions.

In the following 90 days, Russ Yapparov will continue to mentor the participants, assisting regional teams in utilizing the new tools, executing sales strategies, fostering relationships with potential partners, and achieving their set targets.

This initiative will aid in developing a more systematic regional sales model, enhancing collaboration among IT Park Uzbekistan’s branches, and increasing the presence of foreign IT and service companies throughout the country.
