IT Park Uzbekistan is issuing an open call for proposals from qualified professionals, consultants, and organizations located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to assist Uzbek startups in entering and expanding within the Saudi market.

We encourage experienced individuals and organizations based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to submit their applications in line with the requirements specified below.

Scope of Services and Requirements

1. Market Entry and Business Setup Support

The chosen partner will:

Provide advisory services to Uzbek startups regarding their entry into the Saudi Arabian market, including assistance with business registration processes, legal frameworks, and operational setup.

Help startups navigate regulatory requirements, local business practices, and compliance issues pertinent to operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Aid startups in establishing their local presence and organizing their activities in accordance with Saudi regulations and market conditions.

1. Recruitment and Operational Support

The chosen partner will:

Assist startups with hiring and recruitment processes in Saudi Arabia, including identifying suitable talent and offering guidance on local labor market practices.

Provide advisory support concerning team formation, local staffing requirements, and operational organization for startups entering the Saudi ecosystem.

Facilitate connections with relevant service providers and operational partners as needed.

1. Go-to-Market and Business Development Support

The chosen partner will:

Support startups in creating marketing playbooks and go-to-market strategies specifically designed for the Saudi Arabian market.

Offer strategic insights on market positioning, customer acquisition channels, and opportunities for partnership development.

Assist startups in identifying potential clients, partners, and collaboration opportunities within the local ecosystem.

1. Local Representation and Stakeholder Coordination

The chosen partner will:

Serve as a local coordination point to assist Uzbek startups in engaging with relevant stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.

Facilitate introductions and communication with ecosystem partners, investors, corporates, accelerators, and other pertinent organizations.

Collaborate closely with IT Park GCC to ensure effective coordination and support for startups as they launch and scale their operations in the Kingdom.

IT Park Uzbekistan is in search of dependable and seasoned professionals or organizations with substantial expertise in the Saudi startup ecosystem, business development, and support for international market expansion.
