IT PARK GCC Announces Open Call for Qualified Outsourcing Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

IT Park Uzbekistan is issuing an open call for proposals from qualified outsourcing firms located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deliver comprehensive services in accounting, financial management, documentation, labor relations, and visa support for the IT Park KSA office.

Application Period: February 18 – February 28

We encourage experienced and licensed companies operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements specified below.

Scope of Services and Requirements

1. Financial Responsibilities

The chosen outsourcing firm shall:

Prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in compliance with the legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ensure their timely submission to the KSA Tax Office and other legally designated authorities.

Generate and provide financial documents and reports in English, formatted as required, for submission to IT Park Uzbekistan Headquarters, in alignment with the head office's specifications.

At the request of authorized representatives of IT Park, prepare all necessary documentation needed for the proper execution of local and international payments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and process these payments accordingly.

Guarantee the timely payment of office rent, employee salaries, and all other contractual or operational payments in full adherence to applicable KSA legislation.

Ensure the precise calculation, declaration, and timely payment of all relevant taxes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Responsibilities Related to Labor Relations and Documentation

The selected company shall:

Draft employment contract templates for both Saudi nationals and non-Saudi employees, ensuring that these contracts are duly registered on the relevant governmental platforms in compliance with KSA labor legislation.

Execute all necessary documentation and procedural steps related to the lawful termination of employment for both Saudi and non-Saudi employees in accordance with KSA labor laws and regulations.

Prepare, formalize, and process all documentation concerning the conclusion, amendment, and termination of office lease agreements.

Draft and submit official response letters to requests, notices, and instructions directed to the IT Park KSA office by the KSA Tax Authority and other authorized governmental or regulatory bodies, in coordination with authorized IT Park personnel.

Visa Support Services

The chosen outsourcing partner will be responsible for delivering extensive visa support services, which will encompass, but are not limited to:

Assistance in acquiring and renewing work visas, residency permits (Iqama), and other immigration documentation for international employees.

Liaison with pertinent governmental authorities for visa issuance, status modifications, and compliance issues.

Oversight of visa validity and ensuring prompt renewals in line with KSA immigration regulations.

Offering advisory services on relevant visa and immigration processes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

IT Park Uzbekistan is in search of a dependable and seasoned partner with demonstrated proficiency in financial management, labor law adherence, governmental reporting, and immigration processes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
