iSON Xperiences Considers Uzbekistan for Offshore Customer Support Center

The discussions covered iSON Xperiences' plans to launch its first project in Uzbekistan, as well as the potential for a long-term partnership in outsourcing and the development of Global Business Services (GBS).

Established in 2011, iSON Xperiences is one of the world's leading companies in Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The company currently employs more than 18,000 people across 19 countries, operates over 40 sites, and processes over 50 million customer interactions each month for international brands.

A central focus of the talks was iSON Xperiences' intention to launch its first project in Uzbekistan. The company sees the country as a promising offshore location for delivering services to global clients and expanding export-oriented BPO operations.

The discussions included the launch of an initial project involving the establishment of a customer support center with 100 positions for multilingual specialists. The company intends to expand its team in the future to serve customers in English, German, Turkish, and other languages, gradually increasing its operations in Uzbekistan.

In response, IT Park Uzbekistan outlined the support available to international BPO companies, including tax incentives, assistance with recruiting and training specialists, and support at all stages of project implementation. The parties also addressed the next steps for project launch and the potential for long-term cooperation.

The iSON Xperiences project is another indication of the increasing interest from international BPO companies in Uzbekistan. For IT Park Uzbekistan, this represents new investment, the creation of skilled jobs, and further development of the country's export capacity.
