From Andijan to the U.S. Market: Over 350 Professionals Working for Global Clients

The Minister visited the Ershi Logistics Center, which was established by Ershi Logistics, a resident of IT Park. The center exemplifies how the growth of export-oriented IT and BPO services is generating new employment opportunities directly in regional areas.

Currently, over 350 professionals are employed at the Ershi Logistics Center, delivering services to companies in the U.S. market. This allows local residents to work with international clients, earn competitive salaries, and develop careers in the global industry while staying in Marhamat.

This positive trend is also evident in export data. In the second quarter of 2026, IT Park residents in Marhamat District exported $8.72 million worth of IT services, compared to $5.15 million in the same period in 2025, marking an increase of 69.2%.

Fifteen IT Park members are currently operating in Marhamat District.

The Marhamat experience shows that access to global markets is becoming a tangible opportunity not only for the capital and major cities, but also for regional areas. The development of IT and BPO services is creating local jobs, engaging young people in modern professions, and establishing new growth points for Uzbekistan’s IT exports.
