Enterprise Uzbekistan enters operational phase

Enterprise Uzbekistan is progressing into the operational phase of its launch. During this stage, the management structure is being established, and the administrative framework essential for the Center's ongoing operations is being developed.

Enterprise Uzbekistan is an International Center for Digital Technologies, created as an independent institutional platform aimed at advancing the IT sector and promoting international technological collaboration. The Center's objectives include attracting foreign companies, initiating joint projects, increasing IT service exports, and developing a contemporary regulatory environment.

The Joint-Stock Company was officially registered on December 25, 2025, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-233. Currently, the Directorate is being established, and a governance system is being organized, which will serve as the cornerstone of the future Enterprise Uzbekistan ecosystem. As part of this organizational effort, a share issuance amounting to UZS 40 billion was scheduled for February 24 to establish the authorized capital.

The registration of the JSC marks an organizational phase that encompasses capital formation and the establishment of an administrative foundation. The complete implementation of the legal framework will be achievable following the adoption of the relevant Constitutional Law, which is presently undergoing the necessary approval process.

The ongoing efforts facilitate the proactive preparation of infrastructure and management mechanisms. This sets the stage for the continued growth of the digital ecosystem and enhances the position of IT Park Uzbekistan in attracting international technology companies and projects.
