Deputy CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan Makhliyo Muksinova awarded the “Kelajak Bunyodkori” medal

Makhliyo Muksinova, the Deputy CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, has received the state medal “Kelajak Bunyodkori” following a decree from the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, commemorating International Women’s Day.

The “Kelajak Bunyodkori” medal is a prestigious state honor in Uzbekistan, awarded for notable contributions to the nation's development, professional accomplishments, active civic involvement, and enhancing the international standing of the country.

Makhliyo Muksinova has been part of IT Park Uzbekistan since 2019. She started her career as a manager in the Department of Resident Registration and Monitoring, where she assisted resident companies with software development and production issues.

In 2022, she was promoted to Deputy CEO for the Development of Digital Education. Under her guidance, several initiatives focused on advancing IT education were launched, specialized competitions were held, and collaborative projects with international firms and educational partners were initiated.

Currently, Makhliyo Muksinova is spearheading extensive transformation efforts aimed at fostering AI development and integration, preparing the ecosystem for the next growth phase by aligning strategy, regulation, infrastructure, and talent around AI.

As part of her role, she is facilitating the relocation of business operations and service functions of international companies to Uzbekistan, which aids in boosting IT service exports and enhancing the country’s position in the global digital services market.

Makhliyo Muksinova is proficient in four languages. In 2017, she earned her degree in Commercial Law from Westminster International University in Tashkent. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Data Analytics from the same institution.

The conferral of the “Kelajak Bunyodkori” medal acknowledges her professional contributions to enhancing the export potential of the IT sector and promoting Uzbekistan on the global stage.
