The memorandum was signed by Magzhan Madiev, CEO of Astana Hub; Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan; and Muzaffar Karabayev, CEO of Eurasia Growth Hub.

The parties plan to organize joint forums, webinars, business missions, and B2B meetings, while strengthening ties between the startup ecosystems of the two countries. Technology companies will gain opportunities to connect with potential customers, strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, investors, and accelerators.

One of the key areas of cooperation will be supporting Kazakh and Uzbek startups entering the UK and other international markets through Eurasia Growth Hub. The partners will explore the development of soft-landing mechanisms, including support with market research, business development, and operational matters.

“Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have strong technology teams and talented entrepreneurs. Together with IT Park Uzbekistan, we want to help them enter international markets, find customers and partners, and develop their products. By combining the strengths of our two ecosystems and our international partners, we are creating opportunities for more companies from the region to scale beyond their domestic markets,” said Magzhan Madiev, CEO of Astana Hub.

“The startup ecosystems of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are developing rapidly, and our technology companies have significant potential in international markets. This partnership opens up new practical opportunities for startups, from finding partners and customers to attracting investment. Joint initiatives in AI and R&D will also contribute to the development of globally competitive products. For us, it is important that this cooperation delivers tangible results for companies in both countries,” said Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan.

“Our role is to help startups adapt their solutions to the requirements of international markets and establish the business connections they need. Through Eurasia Growth Hub, teams will be able to receive practical support and move more quickly from market exploration to negotiations with potential customers and partners,” added Muzaffar Karabayev, CEO of Eurasia Growth Hub.

The memorandum also provides for joint initiatives in artificial intelligence and research and development (R&D). These include knowledge exchange, pilot projects, mentoring programs, and stronger collaboration between technology companies and research and educational institutions.

AI & Digital Bridge 2026 took place as part of Kazakhstan's Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence and served as the flagship international event of AI MONTH, a series of initiatives that brings together artificial intelligence, digital technologies, entrepreneurship, and human capital development.
