In March 2027 we travel with a group of German companies to IT Park Uzbekistan’s Offshore Outsourcing Conference in Tashkent. Two days: the conference, visits to providers on site and meetings we prepare for you.
Anyone considering a team in Uzbekistan eventually needs more than a presentation in Berlin. In Tashkent you see offices, talk to teams and managing directors, and ask the questions nobody asks on a video call. We put the group together, agree the programme with IT Park and accompany you on site.

What the last edition looked like
The Offshore Outsourcing Conference 2025 took place in Tashkent, hosted by IT Park Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Digital Technologies. Day one brought the conference and visits to companies and a university, day two workshops and consultations on company formation, tax and staffing. Two companies, one of them from Germany, applied for an office of their own during the event itself.
